I am a Family and Systemic Psychotherapist, working with children and adults for over 15 years.

I have a masters in Systemic Psychotherapy from the Institute of Family Therapy, and a masters in Forensic Psychology. I work in the NHS, specialising in supporting families through complex mental health, and I have worked across the private and public sector, with children, young people, adults and older adults.

My approach is trauma informed and social constructionist, helping people make meaning of their experiences and relationships.

Another aspect of my work is to provide systemic consultations for client cases and teams, here I use a systemic and CAT (Cognitive Ananlytic Therapy) approach to explore relational ways of working and formulate when stuck.
